All Lee Street Properties are owned and operated by Michael or Victoria Lee. We do not manage buildings for other owners or for condominium associations.

This website will present 20 of our residential rental apartment buildings and houses, most of which are located in the far northeast corner of the City of Chicago. We are a family run organization with a well-trained administrative office support staff and over a dozen field maintenance tradesmen. We guarantee prompt, personal and courteous service to satisfy any of your housing needs. Our emergency repair service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

All of our buildings are located in the Edgewater, Eastlake, Rogers Park or Evanston neighborhoods. This tiny area of Chicagoland has the unique geographic advantage of resting on the beautiful beach of Lake Michigan, with Evanston and Northwestern University to the north and Loyola University to the south. All of Chicago's greatest attractions are within a 10 mile, 15 minute radius.
