About Lee Street - Chicago Apartments for Rent

If you have a definite interest in a particular apartment and feel you are ready to begin the application process, there are several ways for you to begin. Remember, our applications are FREE.

Complete and submit an Online -Apartment Application.
Print our Print and Fax - Apartment Application, complete your copy and return it to us via fax at (773) 465-7755.
Print our Print and Deliver - Apartment Application, complete your copy and return it to us via US Mail or in person.
Use our Apartment Finder help form. A simple questionnaire will help us find an apartment that matches your needs.
Visit the Lee Street Management Office. We will take you for a personal tour of our available apartments. If you find one that suits your needs, we will provide you with an Application that you may complete immediately.
Can't make up my mind, I want to look at more Available Apartments.

Here are a few things to bear in mind:

All potential residents must make at least one personal visit our leasing office.
Each adult who will occupy the apartment must complete a separate application.
Review our section titled Documents Needed. This should help you to assemble any necessary papers before our interview.
Unfortunately, we cannot hold an apartment without a completed Apartment Application and a Security Deposit. The apartment will be reserved for you during our application review process. The review process should take no more than one working day, pending verification of references, credit reports, employment, etc.
If your application is accepted, we will notify you immediately. No apartment will be taken off the market (meaning we will not turn other applicants away) until we have a signed lease.
Your Security Deposit will be refunded immediately if Lee Street Management is unable to approve your application or if you withdraw your application before its acceptance.
