Our Neighborhood

Edgewater and Eastlake are two very small areas within the larger Chicago community of Rogers Park. Evanston is Chicago's bordering suburb to the north.

Our neighborhoods have had the great fortune of being the epicenter of over $100,000,000 in commercial, residential and governmental development projects within the last 5 years. These investments create even greater demand for small business services and residential accommodations. All of this actively translates into a vibrant living experience for you and your family.

Just outside your front door is the sunny, sandy beach of Lake Michigan. Our neighborhood is exciting, friendly, and alive with culture and history. Our largest property is only 40 units and most are between 8 and 15 units, helping to maintain a quieter, more intimate atmosphere.

For those who prefer the true urban experience, meaning to live without a car, all the convenient public transportation options are within a block or two of each of our properties. Take your choice among buses, local or commuter trains, taxicabs, and bicycle or jogging paths.
